Powerful Webmail with Synchronization

The webmail client provided with Kerio Mail Server provides an easy-to-navigate environment for conducting your business. With drag-and-drop features, you can manage your email from your web browser much as you would from an installed email client such as Outlook. If you switch between webmail and another client, you can take advantage of the Kerio Synchronization Plugin, which will keep your contacts, calendars and tasks synchronized between webmail (on the server) and your desktop or laptop PC. Connect as many computers to your account as you like, and no matter where you work from, all of your information is available to you.

Kerio webmail also includes a simpler version for mobile access. If your phone or PDA includes a web browser with internet access, you can access the mobile webmail client to view your email without downloading a lot of data.

World Class SPAM Protection Solutions

At MX Highway, we have two levels of SPAM protection. All packages come with basic SPAM protection by SpamAssassin. For maximum SPAM protection and end-user quarantines, we offer SPAM protection via Barracuda SPAM Firewall (for an additional monthly fee). The Barraduca SPAM firewall service offers the most powerful and configurable solution for all of your domain e-mail communications. The advantage of Barracuda protection over basic protection includes, 1) daily end-user SPAM quarantine notices, 2) hourly SPAM definition updates, 3) end-user configurable whitelist/blacklist management and the most power SPAM filtering solution available on the market today.

Antivirus Protection

All of our email hosting packages include antivirus protection from McAfee. This means that before emails ever reach your inbox, they have been scanned by the industry leader in antivirus protection.

Add Barracuda SPAM filtering to your domain (additional fees apply) and leverage a second layer of virus filtering with hourly antivirus updates.

Archiving & Data Backup

MX Highway's hosted mail services include integrated archiving and backup to safeguard all your e-mail communications for no additional charge.

Archiving Helping organizations achieve email archiving compliance and protection against liabilities, Kerio MailServer archives all incoming and outgoing messages as they are processed. Emails are stored in a separate directory so they cannot be deleted or modified by the recipient. Archived emails can be viewed, searched and sorted in Kerio WebMail or with any IMAP client, making audits and legal discovery simple. Backup Data backup is accomplished which leverages the power of both Differential (daily) backups combined with Full (weekly) backups. We retain up to two months of data in our On-Demand Backup library and retain this information permanently in our Archive library.

Mobile Email and Push Technology

Getting your email on the go is easier than ever! Kerio supports a wide range of mobile devices so you can access your email from your phone or PDA. Many devices, including the Windows Mobile line of phones and PDA's, connect natively to MX Highway and allow for push email service. With push email, you can receive incoming email faster than ever. Once the server receives a new email message it is sent through the cellphone network to your phone immediately. Rather than the phone checking for email in regular intervals, push email gets you connected faster and without draining your battery with frequent network connections.
